Angels Zumbathon® 2019

The Angels Zumbathon® is back! Join us for 4 hours of dance energy and fitness fundraising fun.

This annual charity event started back in 2012 with only 70 participants and now in its 7th year, we are expecting close to 500!

Hong Kong's best Zumba® instructors will be there; including ZES™ George Iu, Zumba® Jammer Rachel Fok, ZIN™ Utah Lee, ZIN™ JC Ferron, ZIN™ Tina Wong plus other top ZIN™ instructors!

All proceeds raised will benefit two after-school and counselling programs for the children of Po Leung Kuk.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES
The holder of a valid ticket is admitted to the event on the condition that the holder agrees, and by use of the ticket does so agree in favour of Angels for Children and the venue owner, to the following terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms will entitle Angels for Children to, as applicable, seize or cancel the ticket, withdraw the license granted below, refuse admission and/or expel a ticket-holder, in each case without payment of any refund or other compensation.
The ticket is a personal, revocable license. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be honoured. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone without the permission of Angels for Children and may not be resold at a price exceeding their face value at any time.
As a participant at Angels for Children Zumbathon® event on August 31st, 2019, I agree that I am engaging in physical activity at my own risk and it will be my responsibility to obtain medical advice regarding my participation.
I agree that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to myself or my property that might result, including without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property.
I agree to release and discharge all Zumba® instructors, event coordinators and Angels for Children volunteers, and Hong Kong Football Club staff and representatives from any and all claims or cause of action (known or unknown) arising from any negligence on my part or their part.
I agree as a participant that photographs and video footage taken during the event may be used to publicise future events.
Any raised funds will be given to a key Angel staff member on the day or forwarded to Angels for Children within 3 weeks of the events completion at the below address.
I agree at the end of the event that sponsorship funds raised in connection with this event will be donated to Angels for Children within 3 weeks of the event taking place.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver/release and fully understand that it is a release of liability.
I will abide by the rules of the Hong Kong Football Club and will not use my mobile Phone on the premises.
Tickets obtained from any source other than Angels for Children or their authorised agents may be lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets and may not be honoured.
