Angels For Children is the guardian for our chosen children’s charities. We currently raise awareness and funds for charities in Hong Kong, Cambodia and Indonesia that work tirelessly on the ground to improve the lives of the many children in their care.
Every child has a right to love, protection, happiness, education, care, shelter, food, medicine, clothing and hope. Yet, sadly, thousands of children are denied a safe and loving environment in which to flourish and grow. They find themselves caught up in the endless cycle of violence, disease, mal-nutrition and ignorance that blights their young and fragile lives. Extreme poverty is their harsh reality. In many countries, there is no protection or state funding for children whose parents die, leaving them abandoneed, alone and destitute. As our world faces tough times and many cross border challenges, so do many parents. Protecting and caring for their children has become even more difficult.
We are currently working with four very worthwhile charities which tirelessly strive to give renewed hope to vulnerable, disadvantaged and neglected children in their care. We are very proud to be partnered with Bali Kids in Indonesia, Sunrise Children’s Village in Cambodia and Po Leung Kuk and Society for Community Organization (SoCO) in Hong Kong. Our dedicated team of volunteers in Hong Kong; work to secure funding for various projects managed by these charities. Together, we seek to provide the children under our wings with the happy and healthy futures they so deserve.
Angels For Children is a Hong Kong registered non-for-profit which supports local children as well as those overseas and since our establishment in 2009, our passion has driven us to help children wherever the need is most desperate. We are pro-active in raising the profile and fund raising for each of our partner organisations. Our volunteers on the ground in Hong Kong champion passionate companies and individuals who can help bring about change. We also believe it is important to help educate our global young citizens within Hong Kong’s schools as they are our future Angels. We visit schools, coordinating and hosting events, and giving presentations.
Angels For Children motivates communities to raise awareness and funds for underprivileged children living in South East Asia with love and passion. This is done through targeted and engaging fundraising campaigns with compassionate individuals and companies.
To inspire change for better education and healthcare for children, whilst building a concrete foundation for their future.
Angels For Children spreads its wings and offers financial support and assistance to children’s charities in Hong Kong and other parts of South East Asia. Your donation could help support a salary for a doctor or nurse in a mobile clinic in Bali, school uniforms and tuition for children in Cambodia or after school activities for hundreds of children in Hong Kong. Every child needs a Guardian Angel.
Angels for Children partners closely with non-for-profits in the region which have little global presence. Such localized charities often do not have the resources or network to allow them to expand their donor or supporter bases beyond the country they operate in.
Bali Kids provides a medical outreach programme, taking vital healthcare and health education services to remote areas of the island. On average, some 600 children are treated and helped each month.
Po Leung Kuk, a renowned charitable organization provides diversified social services to the Hong Kong community since 1878.
Society for Community Organization (SoCO) is a non-profit and non-governmental community organisation that provides social support for cage and cubicle dwellers, the single elderly, new immigrant women, children living in poverty, street-sleepers, people with mental illnesses, low-paid workers, refugees and ethnic minorities.
Sunrise Cambodia is a world-class charity working on the ground in Cambodia to give much-needed help to at-risk kids, struggling families and poor communities in some of the most poverty-stricken provinces of the country.
