Po Leung Kuk’s Cathy Wong finds a way out of foster care and into a new life of rugby.

In October, the SCMP featured an article about Cathy Wong, who has been a part of Po Leung Kuk's residential home care program since the age 2 years old. Now 18, rugby has become Cathy's way to a new life and the U19 player appears to be a star in the making. Angels For Children supports Po Leung Kuk with the Children’s All Rounded Development Programme (CARDP), which enables their residential children to participate in extra curriculum activities to develop new skills and talents as well as build their self-confidence.
