TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
By registering for an Angels for Children Zumbathon® 2023, the participant agrees in favour of Angels for Children and the venue owner, to the following terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms will entitle Angels for Children to, as applicable, seize or cancel the registration, withdraw the license granted below, refuse admission and/or expel the participant, in each case without compensation.
As a participant at an Angels for Children Zumbathon® 2023, I agree that I am engaging in physical activity at my own risk and it will be my responsibility to obtain medical advice regarding my participation.
I agree that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to myself or my property that might result, including without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property.
I agree to release and discharge all Zumba® instructors, event coordinators and Angels for Children volunteers, and venue operator and representatives from any and all claims or cause of action (known or unknown) arising from any negligence on my part or their part.
I agree as a participant that photographs and video footage taken during the event may be used to publicise future events.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver/release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I will abide by the rules of the venue.
